Preparation
- For this tall cake, the Pillsbury™ Classic Vanilla Mix was divided into 2 halves and baked in different pans.
- Then, the cake was cut into equal slices and each layer was soaked with Rasmalai Milk topped with Whipped Cream.
- Then, a layer of the ‘malai’ of Rasmalai was added as a layer.
- Repeat this process for each layer.
- Garnish: Coat the cake with some more cream. You could place flowers and add a golden dripping for the love of Christmas!
Tips
- Saffron strands will give the layers a nice color and taste.
