Pistachio Rose Cake

For Flavoured Sponge Cake ( Make a sponge as per the standard method following by pista and rose water )
Pillsbury™ Lite Plus Cake Mix | 500 g |
Oil | 35 g |
Water | 290 g |
Pistachio (finely chopped) | 50 g |
Rose water | 15 g |
For Rose Cream
Pillsbury™ Ivory cream | 200 g |
Rose water | 1 tbsp |
Beet juice or 1 drop of pink food coloring | 2-3 drops |
For Garnish
Chopped Pistachios | 50 g |
Rose Petals | 5-6 |
Preparation
- Pour the heavy cream into a medium bowl and start beating until it reached medium peaks
- Now, add rose water & the food coloring
- Place 2-3 large tablespoons of the cream over the cake
- Do this for 3 layers and straighten cream with a flat spatula
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and dried rose petals or regular rose petals.
