Pillsbury™ Egg free Tea Time Vanilla | 1 kg |
Water | 1 kg |
Refined Oil | 150 g |
Orange zest | 10 g |
Orange essence | 5 g |
Chopped Dry Cranberry | 100 g |
Chopped Pistachio | 50 g |
Icing sugar | 100 g |
Preparation
- Mix the premix, water, oil and other ingredients (except the Pistachio) together for a minute at Speed 1.
- Scrape the sides to facilitate ‘even’ mixing.
- Mix for another 4 minutes at speed 2.
- Pour the batter into the desired mould, top it with pistachios.
- Bake at: 170°C.
- Bake for: 25-30 mins.
- Once it cools down, dust the icing sugar over the cake!
