Motichoor Crumble Cake

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Egg Free Teatime Vanilla Cake Mix 500 g
Water 200 g
Oil 100 g
Maida (all purpose flour) 100 g
Butter 50 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Motichoor 100 g

Preparation

For the batter:
  1. Mix water, oil and premix on Speed 1 for a minute.
  2. Scrap sides of the bowl for consistency.
  3. Mix for another 3 minutes on Speed 2.
  4. Now, pour the batter into the mould.
For crumble:
  1. On Speed 1, mix maida (all purpose flour), sugar and butter together.
  2. Add motichoor to this crumble mix.
For Assembling:
  1. Bottom layer: Pour some batter.
  2. Layer 2: Add a layer of crumble.
  3. Layer 3: Pour remaining batter.
  4. Top layer: Top it off with the rest of the crumble.
  5. Bake at: 160°C.
  6. Bake for: 30 – 35 minutes.
