Pillsbury™ Egg Free Teatime Vanilla Cake Mix | 500 g |
Water | 200 g |
Oil | 100 g |
Maida (all purpose flour) | 100 g |
Butter | 50 g |
Powdered sugar | 50 g |
Motichoor | 100 g |
Preparation
For the batter:
- Mix water, oil and premix on Speed 1 for a minute.
- Scrap sides of the bowl for consistency.
- Mix for another 3 minutes on Speed 2.
- Now, pour the batter into the mould.
For crumble:
- On Speed 1, mix maida (all purpose flour), sugar and butter together.
- Add motichoor to this crumble mix.
For Assembling:
- Bottom layer: Pour some batter.
- Layer 2: Add a layer of crumble.
- Layer 3: Pour remaining batter.
- Top layer: Top it off with the rest of the crumble.
- Bake at: 160°C.
- Bake for: 30 – 35 minutes.
