For the Base:
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Vanilla Premix | 250 g |
Water | 125 g |
Oil | 30 g |
For the Mango Filling:
Alphonso Mango Chopped | 1 |
Fresh Cream | 1/4th cup |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Pillsbury™ Whipped Cream | 100 g |
Preparation
- Mix all the base ingredients as per the standard recipe (make sure the consistency is a bit watery for pancakes)
- Make tiny pancakes in multiples of 2
- Grind all the ingredients for mango filling and strain
- Now beat the whipped cream till stiff consistency
- Now, take a slice of pancake, swirl whipped cream on top. Then, add mango juice and chunks
- Then, add another slice of pancake on top
- Ready to manGO!
