For the Base:
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Vanilla Premix 250 g
Water 125 g
Oil 30 g
For the Mango Filling:
Alphonso Mango Chopped 1
Fresh Cream 1/4th cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Pillsbury™ Whipped Cream 100 g

Preparation

  1. Mix all the base ingredients as per the standard recipe (make sure the consistency is a bit watery for pancakes)
  2. Make tiny pancakes in multiples of 2
  3. Grind all the ingredients for mango filling and strain
  4. Now beat the whipped cream till stiff consistency
  5. Now, take a slice of pancake, swirl whipped cream on top. Then, add mango juice and chunks
  6. Then, add another slice of pancake on top
  7. Ready to manGO!
