Khatta Meetha Orange Cake

This cake is sure to add some ‘tadka’ to your food menu!

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg free Spice Cake Mix 1000 g
Water 350 g
Oil 250 g
Candid orange peel 200 g

Preparation

  1. Mix water, oil and premix at Speed 1 for one minute using paddle attachment.
  2. Scrape the sides of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix at Speed 2  for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped candid orange peel to the batter and mix it for 1 minute at Speed 2.
  5. Pour into the desired mould.
  6. Bake at: 170*C - 180*C 
  7. Bake for: 23 - 28 mins
  8. Garnish the cakes/ muffins with nuts as per requirement of your customers.
