Garlic Bread

Something Warm and full of flavour to share this #friendshipday. Easy to make recipe of our delicious comforting loaded Herb Garlic Bread.

Recipe Ingredients

Dough
Refined Flour 900g
Pillsbury™ White bread concentrate 100g
Yeast 25g
Water 580-600g
Sauteed garlic 20g
Mix herbs 5g
Garlic Butter
Butter 100g
Chopped garlic 30g
Coriander chopped (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, add water + yeast.
  2. Add the rest ingredients and Using a dough hook, mix on slow for 1 min.
  3. Mix on medium to High speed till an elastic dough is formed.
  4. Add oil, herbs and garlic and mix till well incorporated in the dough.
  5. Remove the dough from the bowl and cut in required grammage and allow to rest for 10 min.
  6. Degass the dough and roll into a round shape.
  7. Fold into a semicircle with applying water to the middle to stick the dough well.
  8. Pinch the circumference well and Arrange over a greased baking tray.
  9. With a knife make incisions on the prepared semi circle dough.
  10. Allow to proof for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 200*C for 20-25 min.
  12. Once out of the oven, apply a generous amount of garlic butter over the bread.
  13. Allow it to cool and serve fresh.
