Fruit and Nuts Cake

Pillsbury™ Tea time vanilla mix | 1 kg |
Eggs | 8 nos |
Water | 400 g |
Oil | 200 g |
Chopped almond | 100 g |
Chopped Cashew | 100 g |
Raisins | 100 g |
Red cherries | 100 g |
Dry Mango, dry Kiwi, dry Pineapple | 200 g |
Preparation
- Add the cake mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Change to Speed 2 and mix for a further 3 minutes.
- Add in all the fruits and nuts, then change to Speed 1 and mix for another 1 minute.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
