Fresh Yeast 50 g / Dry yeast 16 g / Compressed Yeast 28 g | |
Refined oil/butter | 100 g |
Oil for frying | 300 g |
Milk | 175-200 g |
Preparation
- Add the Pillsbury™ Donut Mix, yeast, milk, oil and water to a mixing bowl.
- Mix for 3 minutes at Speed 1
- Now, mix at Speed 2 for 6 minutes.
- Roll out the donut dough to a 5” thickness.
- Now, cut with the donut cutter.
- Now, cut with the donut cutter.
- Set oil temperature at 180°C and fry each side for 20 seconds
- Cool completely
- Center fill, garnish with chocolate, chocolate truffle and sprinkles
