Preparation
- Add the Pillsbury™ Donut Mix, yeast, eggs, oil and water to a mixing bowl
- Add the premix, yeast, eggs, oil and water to a mixing bowl
- Then, mix for 8 more minutes on Speed 2 and form a dough
- Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes
- On a clean floured table, sheet the dough to 0.5cm/5mm thickness
- Cut the dough sheet with greased and floured donut cutter
- Now, place the cut donuts on a greased and floured dusted tray
- Proof for 40 to 60 minutes at 35°C and 85% RH
- Fry as per instructions
- Cool completely
- Garnish as required
