Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Chocolate Mix | 1000 g |
Water | 430 g |
Oil | 225 g |
Coffee Powder | 30 g |
For the Garnish:
Hazelnut | 100-150 g |
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl add the premix, water, coffee powder and oil.
- Mix at slow Speed 1 for a minute with paddle attachment.
- Scrape the sides of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix at Speed 2 for another 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter in a desired mould and garnish it with hazelnuts.
- Bake at 170°C - 180°C.
- Bake for 28 - 30 mins.
