Pillsbury™ Egg free Spice Cake Mix | 1000g |
Water | 300g |
Oil | 250g |
Finely Grated Carrots | 500g |
Walnuts | 100g |
Preparation
- Add Egg free spice cake mix, water and oil and mix at slow speed
- (Speed – 1) for one minutes with paddle attachment
- Scrape the side to facilitate even mixing
- Mix at Medium speed
- (Speed – 2) for 2 minutes
- Add grated carrots and finely chopped walnuts to the batter
- Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 23 – 28 minutes
