What you need:
Pillsbury™ Tea Time Vanilla Mix | 1 kg |
Egg | 8 no |
Water | 300 g |
Ghee | 100 g |
Milk Essence | 10 ml |
Cardamom Powder | 5 g |
Yellow Color | Few drops |
Preparation
Method:
- Take the whisk blade
- Beat egg, water and mix for a minute at Speed 1
- Add mixture and cardamom powder to the bowl and mix at Speed 2 for 5 minutes
- Last add oil, ghee and milk essence
- Bake at: 180 °C
- Bake for: 30-35 mins
- After baking, keep it on a cooling rack
- Next day, slice it and then toast
