Almond Beetroot & Chocolate Cake

You must try our ABC (Almond Beetroot & Chocolate) cake this weekend to make a deliciously moist and rich dessert. Trust us! something with beetroot has never tasted this good.

Pillsbury™ Egg free Chocolate Cake mix | 1kg |
Water | 450g |
Oil | 200g |
Beetroot(Grated 8 water squeezed) | 300g |
Chocolate chips(option) | 50g |
Almond chopped | 50g |
Almond flakes | Garnish |
Preparation
- Add Premix, water and oil and mix on slow speed (speed1) for 1 min with paddle attachment.
- Scrape the sides to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix at medium speed (speed 2) for 4 min.
- Add grated beetroot, almond powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Garnish the cake/muffin with Almond flakes.
- Bake at 170*c for 25-30 minutes.
