Preparation

* Cake gel quantity may vary depending on cake gel brand

Baking Temperature: 175°C to 185°C
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes

  1. Mix water and cake gel in sperate bowl using a hand whisk.
  2. Add Water-cake gel mixture and eggs in a mixer and mix for 1-2 minute on medium speed (speed #2) using whisk blade until it foams.
  3. Add Pillsbury Super Moist Vanilla Flavoured Cake Mix to the liquid part and mix for 1 minute on slow speed (speed #1)
  4. Scrape from center and all sides, mix at medium speed (Speed #2) for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix further at fast speed (speed #3) for 2-4 minutes.
  6. Add Oil and mix for 1-2 minute on slow speed.
  7. Grease the trays and pour batter.Bake as specified.
