Preparation

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 160°C – 165 °C
BAKING TIME: 35 to 40 minutes

  1. Add water and Pillsbury™ Premium Egg Free Vanilla Cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed -1) in a mixer using flat blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at medium speed (Speed -2 ) for 3 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed – 1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
