Preparation

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 160°C- 165°C
BAKING TIME: 40 to 42 minutes

  1. Add water, Pillsbury Egg Free Tea Time Spice cake mix and Oil to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed – 1) in a mixer using Flat Blade for 2 minute
  2. Scrape the side to facilitate even mixing
  3. Mix further at medium speed (Speed – 2) for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter in a greased/ lined pan
  5. Bake as specified
