Preparation

Baking Temperature: 160°C – 170°C for 40 – 45 minutes

  1. Weigh sugar and water and mix using a whisk blade till sugar dissolves at medium speed (speed 2).
  2. Add flour, cake gel and Pillsbury Egg Free Concentrate mix to sugar solution and Mix for 1 min. on slow speed (speed 1).
  3. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing and Mix for 3 – 4 minutes on fast speed (Speed 3).
  4. Add Oil and Mix for 1 min. on slow speed (Speed 1).
  5. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
