Preparation

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 160°C-170°C
BAKING TIME: 35-40 minutes.

  1. Add water and Pillsbury Classic Egg Free Vanilla Cake Mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using whisk blade for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at fast speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
