Preparation

Baking Temperature: 170°C to 180°C
Baking Time: 35-40 minutes

  1. Add Water, eggs and cake gel in a mixer and mix for 1-2 minute on medium speed (speed #2) using whisk blade until it foams.
  2. Add Pillsbury Bakers Plus Vanilla Flavoured Cake Mix to the liquid part and mix for 1 minute on slow speed (speed #1)
  3. Scrape from center and all sides, mix further at fast speed (speed #3) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add Oil and mix for 1-2 minute on slow speed.
  5. Grease the trays and pour batter.Bake as specified.
