Orange Cranberry Cake

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Egg free Tea Time Vanilla 1 kg
Water 1 kg
Refined Oil 150 g
Orange zest 10 g
Orange essence 5 g
Chopped Dry Cranberry 100 g
Chopped Pistachio 50 g
Icing sugar 100 g

Preparation

  1. Mix the premix, water, oil and other ingredients (except the Pistachio) together for a minute at Speed 1.
  2. Scrape the sides to facilitate ‘even’ mixing.
  3. Mix for another 4 minutes at speed 2.
  4. Pour the batter into the desired mould, top it with pistachios.
  5. Bake at: 170°C.
  6. Bake for: 25-30 mins.
  7. Once it cools down, dust the icing sugar over the cake!
