Exclusively created for #WorldSandwichDay but we certainly could use some Pescado Panino everyday!

Tuna Filling | 100 g |
Lettuce | 20 g |
Butter | 10 g |
Pesto sauce | 20 g |
Tuna Filling:
Canned tuna | 500 g |
Mayonnaise | 180 g |
Paprika | 10 g |
Lemon juice | 5 ml |
Capers | 40 g |
Preparation
- Slice the Panini bread in half.
- Apply butter and Pesto sauce on both halves.
- Place the lettuce leaves and spread the filling evenly on the bread.
- Close the bread, apply butter on top and grill.
- Serve along with fries and Salsa.
