Preparation

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 165°C-170°C
BAKING TIME: 35 – 40 minutes

  1. Add water, eggs and gel in a bowl and mix at medium speed (speed 2) for 1 minute using Whisk blade.
  2. Add Pillsbury Dark Chocolate Flavoured cake mix and mix at slow speed (speed 1) for 1 minute.
  3. Scrape from the centre and all sides, mix at high speed (speed 3) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix for 1-2 min at slow speed (speed 1).
  5. Grease the trays and pour batter. Bake as specified.
