What you need:
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Chocolate | 1 kg |
Butter | 375 g |
Icing Sugar | 175 g |
Dark Chocolate (Roughly chopped) | 50 g |
White Chocolate (roughly chopped) | 50 g |
Preparation
Method:
- Cream the butter and icing sugar at Speed 1 for 2 minutes using a flat blade.
- Scrape off the sides of the mixing bowl for even consistency.
- Now, mix at Speed 2 for 5-6 minutes until the mixture gets creamy.
- To this, add chopped dark, white chocolate, premix and mix at Speed 2 for 2 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into 25 to 30 g bolls and bake it as specified.
- Bake at: 160oC – 165oC
- Bake for: 12 – 15 minutes
