Could it get anymore perfect than a red velvet brownie?

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Red Velvet Mix 900 g
Water 300 g
Oil 170 g
Butter 70 g
Milkmaid 100 g

Preparation

  1. Melt butter & white chocolate and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add water, oil, butter and white chocolate mix milkmaid and Pillsbury™ Egg Free Red Velvet Mix.
  3. Using a flat paddle, mix on a slow speed for 1 minute.
  4. Mix on a medium speed for 3 minute.
  5. Pour the batter in mould and pipe cream cheese on the top.
  6. Make a pattern with a toothpick.
  7. Bake at 165°C for 35-40 mins.
